Battlefield Post 214 Auxiliary has been holding many fundraisers to raise money to build a Veterans Village. We have recently purchased the property across the street from the American Legion Post 214 so we can create temporary housing for homeless vets.
The American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness.
